LeaderOS

Executive Memory

A strategic evolution of LeaderOS—not a separate startup. Persistent context so leaders and agents do not reconstruct the organization from scratch every Monday.

The problem

Organizational context disappears across tools. Meetings end, threads fade, and the reasoning behind decisions is rarely searchable next to commitments.

What LeaderOS already records today

The production application already maintains execution memory (CES), decision records, meeting flows, people and delegation signals, and executive scoring. Executive Memory builds on that foundation by structuring information over time for retrieval and reasoning.

Where Executive Memory is going

  1. Organizational information
  2. Ingestion
  3. Structured memory
  4. Entities & relationships
  5. Executive context
  6. AI reasoning
  7. Tools / MCP
  8. Governed action

Companion work has validated remote backends, authentication, OAuth, MCP-style tool access, and conversational retrieval in prototypes. Capabilities and tool counts will change; the architecture direction is a tool-based bridge between models and structured LeaderOS context.

Specialized agents (direction, not a product catalog)

Execution monitoring

Agents that watch commitment health, overdue clusters, and Director-level signals—grounded in CES data.

Domain specialists

Future agents for procurement, organizational development, IT, risk, or programs are architectural targets, not shipped SKUs.

Governed actions

Sensitive changes remain proposal-based with human approval, consistent with the existing agent connection model.

Hierarchy within LeaderOS

LeaderOS → CES · Director · Board · Strategy · Decisions · Meetings · Delegation · Analytics → Executive Memory

LeaderOS has evolved over several years from executive execution and commitment management into a leadership platform with analytics, automated cadence, and an AI-native direction—without replacing the execution system at its core.
